PetPals is an all-in-one pet care application

Designed to simplify pet parenting, the app consolidates multiple pet-related services and functionalities into a single platform, allowing users to manage their pet's health, appointments, and social interactions seamlessly. PetPals serves two distinct user groups: pet owners and service providers.

1. Unified Platform:
   • Combines various aspects of pet care, reducing the need for multiple apps.
2. Service Provider Side:
   • Profile Management: Service providers can create and manage their profiles, including adding personal information, services offered (vet, sitter, walker), and availability.
   • Service Management: Manage and update the services they offer, track appointments, and receive user ratings and testimonials.
   • Calendar Integration: Keep track of all appointments and availability through an integrated calendar.
   • User Testimonials: Collect and display user feedback and ratings.
   • Account Management: Ability to switch between service provider and pet owner accounts.
3. Pet Owner Side:
   • Personalized Pet Profiles: Create detailed profiles for each pet, including health records, dietary needs, and activity levels.
   • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments for various services (vet visits, pet sitting, dog walking).

Design Process:
